【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversaqualityofroundandshapedplaincarbonandalloysteelspringwire,uniforminqualityandtemper,intendedforthemanufactureofmechanicalspringsthatcanwithstandmoderatefatiguestressesoversomerelativelylownumberofcycles.ThequalitylevelisbetweenthecommercialqualitygradesofwiresuchasSpecificationsA401/A401M,A231/A231M,andA229/A229MandthevalvespringqualitygradessuchSpecificationsasA230/A230M,A232/A232M,A877/A877MandA878/A878M.ItissimilartothegradeTD(referencedinEN10270-2)intendedformediumfatiguelevels,suchasrequiredforclutchsprings.Thiswireshallbeeitherintheannealedandcold-drawnoroil-temperedconditionasspecifiedbypurchaser.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theinch-poundunitsareshowninparentheses.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentoftheother.
