【摘要】:ThispartofISO13628providesspecificationsforsubseawellheads,mudlinewellheads,drill-throughmudlinewellheadsandbothverticalandhorizontalsubseatrees.Itspecifiestheassociatedtoolingnecessarytohandle,testandinstalltheequipment.Italsospecifiestheareasofdesign,material,welding,qualitycontrol(includingfactoryacceptancetesting),marking,storingandshippingforbothindividualsub-assemblies(usedtobuildcompletesubseatreeassemblies)andcompletesubseatreeassemblies.Theuserisresponsibleforensuringsubseaequipmentmeetsanyadditionalrequirementsofgovernmentalregulationsforthecountryinwhichitisinstalled.ThisisoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO13628.Whereapplicable,thispartofISO13628canalsobeusedforequipmentonsatellite,clusterarrangementsandmultiplewelltemplateapplications.EquipmentthatiswithinthescopeofthispartofISO13628islistedasfollows:a)subseatrees:-treeconnectorsandtubinghangers,-valves,valveblocks,andvalveactuators,-chokesandchokeactuators,-bleed,testandisolationvalves,-FLwyespool,-re-entryinterface,-treecap,-treepiping,-treeguideframes,-treerunningtools,-treecaprunningtools,-treemountedflowline/umbilicalconnector,-tubingheadsandtubingheadconnectors,-flowlinebasesandrunning/retrievaltools,-treemountedcontrolsinterfaces(instrumentation,sensors,hydraulictubing/pipingandfittings,electricalcontrolscableandfittings);b)subseawellheads:-conductorhousings,-wellheadhousings,-casinghangers,-sealassemblies,-guidebases,-boreprotectorsandwearbushings,-corrosioncaps;c)mudlinesuspensionsystems:-wellheads,-runningtools,-casinghangers,-casinghangerrunningtool,-tiebacktoolsforsubseacompletion,-subseacompletionadaptorsformudlinewellheads,-tubingheads,-corrosioncaps;d)drillthroughmudlinesuspensionsystems:-conductorhousings,-surfacecasinghangers,-wellheadhousings,-casinghangers,-annulussealassemblies,-boreprotectorsandwearbushings,-abandonmentcaps;e)tubinghangersystems:-tubinghangers,-runningtools;f)miscellaneousequipment:-flangedendandoutletconnections,-clamphub-typeconnections,-threadedendandoutletconnections,-otherendconnections,-studsandnuts,-ringjointgaskets,-guidelineestablishmentequipment.ThispartofISO13628includesequipmentdefinitions,anexplanationofequipmentuseandfunction,anexplanationofserviceconditionsandproductspecificationlevels,andadescriptionofcriticalcomponents,i.e.thosepartshavingrequirementsspecifiedinthispartofISO13628.ThefollowingequipmentisoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO13628:-subseawireline/coiledtubingBOPs;-installation,workover,andproductionrisers;-subseatesttrees(landingstrings);-controlsystemsandcontrolpods;-platformtiebacks;-primaryprotectivestructures;-subseaprocessequipment;-subseamanifoldingandjumpers;-subseawellheadtools;-repairandrework;-multiplewelltemplatestructures;-mudlinesuspensionhighpressurerisers;-templatepiping;-templateinterfaces.ThispartofISO13628isnotapplicabletothereworkandrepairofusedequipment.
