【摘要】:Theheightofsurfaceprofilehasbeenshowntobeafactorintheperformanceofvariouscoatingsappliedtosteel.Forthisreason,surfaceprofileshouldbemeasuredpriortocoatingapplicationtoensurethatitmeetsthatspecified.Theinstrumentsdescribedarereadilyportableandsufficientlysturdyforuseinthefield.Note18212;Opticalmicroscopemethodsserveasarefereemethodforsurfaceprofilemeasurement.Profiledepthdesignationsarebasedontheconceptofmeanmaximumprofile(hx2014;max);thisvalueisdeterminedbyaveragingagivennumber(usually20)ofthehighestpeaktolowestvalleymeasurementsmadeinthefieldofviewofastandardmeasuringmicroscope.Thisisdonebecauseofevidencethatcoatingsperformanceinanyonesmallareaisprimarilyinfluencedbythehighestsurfacefeaturesinthatareaandnotbytheaverageroughness.21.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedescriptionoftechniquesformeasuringtheprofileofabrasiveblastcleanedsurfacesinthelaboratory,field,orinthefabricatingshop.Thereareadditionaltechniquessuitableforlaboratoryusenotcoveredbythesetestmethods.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityofwhoeverusesthisstandardtoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishestheminimumrequirementsforaircraftde-icing/anti-icingmethodsontheground,inaccordancewiththeICAOManualofaircraftgroundde-icing/anti-icingoperations(Doc.9640-AN/940)andrelevantnationalregulations,tofacilitatethesafeoperationoftransportaircraftmodeltype.Aircraftmanufactures'publishedmanuals,proceduresormethodstakeprecedenceovertheinformationinthisInternationalstandard.Airlines'publishedmanuals,proceduresormethodssupplementtheinformationcontainedinthisInternationalStandard.Frost,iceorsnowdeposits,whichcanseriouslyaffecttheaerodynamicperformanceand/orcontrollabilityofanaircraft,areeffectivelyremovedbytheapplicationoftheproceduresspecifiedinthisInternationalStandard.De-icing/anti-icingbymechanicalmeansisnotcoveredbythisInternationalStandard.
