【摘要】:Frequently,glassorotherglazingorpanelmaterialsarestructurallyadheredwithasealanttoametalframingsystem.Thesealantsusedfortheseapplicationsaredesignedtoprovideastructurallinkbetweentheglazingorpanelandtheframingsystem.Althoughthistestmethodisconductedatoneprescribedenvironmentalcondition,otherenvironmentalconditionsanddurationcyclescanbeemployed.1.1Thistestmethodcoversalaboratoryprocedureforquantitativelymeasuringthetensileadhesionpropertiesofstructuralsealants,hereinafterreferredtoasthe"sealant".1.2ThevaluesstatedinSI(metric)unitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundvaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1TwoISOstandardsareknownthatdevelopsimilarinformationtoC1135;ISO8339andISO8340.
