【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesadesignloadsuitableforsizingblastresistantglazingcomprisedoflaminatedglassorinsulatingglassfabricatedwithlaminatedglass.Blastresistantglazingcomprisedoflaminatedglassorinsulatingglassfabricatedwithlaminatedglassshallbesizedtoresistthe3-seconddurationequivalentdesignloadingfromthisstandardpracticeusingtheproceduresdescribedinPracticeE1300.Blastresistantglazingcomprisedoflaminatedglassorinsulatingglassfabricatedwithlaminatedglasssizedusingthe3-seconddesignloadingdeterminedfromthispracticewillfracturesafelyintheeventofablast,thusreducingthepotentialforpersonalinjury,structuralandnon-structuralbuildingdamage,andcleanupcostsshouldanexplosionoccur.Intheeventablastloadingneveroccurstoblastresistantglazingcomprisedoflaminatedglassorinsulatingglassfabricatedwithlaminatedglasssizedusingthe3-seconddurationloadingdeterminedherein,theblastresistantglazingwillhaveaprobabilityofbreakagelessthanorequalto8litesper1000atthefirstoccurrenceofaloadingequaltothe3-seconddurationdesignloadingdeterminedherein.Blastresistantglazingdesignedtoresistthe3-secondequivalentloadasdeterminedherein,properlysupported,willperformtominimalhazardasdefinedinTestMethodF1642.1.1Thispracticesetsforthamethodtospecifyanequivalent3-seconddesignloadingsuitabletousewithPracticeE1300toselectthethicknessandtypeofblastresistantglazingfabricatedwithlaminatedglasstoglazeafenestration.Glasspliesusedtoconstructlaminatedglassarerecommendedtobeeitherannealedorheatstrengthenedglass.1.2Thispracticeappliestoblastresistantglazingfabricatedusinglaminatedglassonly,includingsinglelaminatedglassandinsulatingglassfabricatedwithlaminatedglass.Asaminimum,insulatingglassshalluselaminatedglassfortheinboard(protectedside)lite.1.3Thispracticeassumesthatblastresistantglazingshallbeadheredtoitssupportingframeusingstructuralsiliconesealantoradhesiveglazingtape.Thewidthofthestructuralsiliconesealantbeadshallbeatleastequaltothelargerof10-mm(3/8-in.)orthethicknessdesignationoftheglasstowhichitadheresbutnotlargerthantwotimesthethicknessdesignationoftheglasstowhichitadheres.Theminimumthicknessofthestructuralsiliconebeadshallbe5-mm(3/16-in.).Thewidthofglazingtapeshallbeatleastequaltotwotimesbutnotmorethanfourtimesthethicknessdesignationoftheglasstowhichitadheres.ThewidthofsiliconeorglazingtapeisreferredtoasbiteandisshownanddiscussedinGuideC1564.1.4Thispracticeassumesthatthestructuralsiliconebeadorglazingtapeisappliedtobothsidesofsinglelitelaminatedglassbutneedonlybeappliedtotheinboardside(protectedside)ofinsulatingglass.1.5ThispracticeassumestheframingmembersshallrestrictdeflectionsofedgesofblastresistantglazingtheysupporttoL/60under2.0x00D7;theloadresistanceoftheblastresistantglazingforinwardloading,whereLdenotesthelengthofthesupportededge.1.6Thispracticeassumestheframingsystemsupportingtheblastresistantglazingsha......
