【摘要】:Thispracticerecommendsworkpracticesforconventionalvapordegreasingoperationsutilizinganysolventorsolventblendthathasbeencategorizedasnonflammable.Thispracticeisnotintendedforuseinvapordegreasingoperationsutilizingflammable(lowflashpoint)solventsorinvapordegreasingoperationsutilizingenclosed(sealed,airtight)equipment.Forthesenon-applicableoperations,usersshouldconsultthesolventorequipmentsupplierforadditionalinformation.Thevaluesgivenininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesstatedinparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
