【摘要】:TheproceduresinTestMethodsD2969forthedeterminationofthepropertiesofsteeltirecordandrelatedmaterialsareconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsofsuchproductsbecausetheproceduresarethebestavailableandhavebeenusedextensivelyinthetrade.Whenapurchaserfrequentlyusesaspecificsupplier,itisrecommendedthatthetwopartiesinvestigatethemethodstodetermineifthereisanybiasbetweentheirtwolaboratoriesasdirectedin5.1.1.5.1.1Incaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinreportedtestresultswhenusingthistestmethodforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipments,thepurchaserandthesuppliershouldconductcomparativeteststodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweentheirlaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedfortheinvestigationofbias.Asaminimum,thetwopartiesshouldtakeagroupoftestspecimensthatareashomogeneousaspossibleandthatarefromalotofmaterialofthetypeinquestion.Testspecimensshouldthenberandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.Theaverageresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingtheappropriatestatisticalanalysisandanacceptableprobabilitylevelchosenbythetwopartiesbeforetestingisbegun.Ifbiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrectedorthepurchaserandthesuppliermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultswithconsiderationtotheknownbias.Thesignificanceanduseofparticularpropertiesarediscussedintheappropriatesections.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthetestingofcordsmadefromsteelthatarespecificallydesignedforuseinthereinforcementofpneumatictires.Byagreement,thesetestmethodsmaybeusedtotestsimilarcordsorfilamentsusedforreinforcingotherrubberproducts.Thesteelcordsmaybewoundonspoolsorbeams.Thesteelcordsmayalsobewovenintofabric,inwhichcasetheymustberemovedfromthefabricpriortotesting.Note1Forothermethodsoftestingtirecordsandtirecordfabrics,refertoMethodsD885,TestMethodsD1871,SpecificationsD122,andTestMethodsD2692andD2970.Fortolerancesontirecordsandtirecordfabrics,refertoSpecificationsD122andMethodsD885.1.2Thesetestmethodsincludetestproceduresonly;theydonotestablishspecificationsortolerances.1.3Thistestmethodincludesthefollowingsections:SubjectSectionAdhesionofSteelCordsandFilamentstoElastomersBrassCoatingCompositionandMass,BreakingForce(Strength)ConstructionDataFormforReportingTestResultsElongationatBreakElongationBetweenDefinedForces(EDF)FlareLayLinearDensityVisualAppearanceNomenclatureSystemResidualTorsionsStraightnessThicknessandOut-of-Roundness【英文标准名称】:Methodofmeasuringperformanceforgastreatmentequipment
